Our services do not replace a diagnosis and medical treatment by a veterinary specialist.

To Schedule, Cancel or Change a Session.

To schedule, change or cancel a session please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation text message and you will be charged full payment for your session. A session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you.

No refund will be given after we have held a communication session with your animal.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
